Operator and scope

晋江龙湖水镜网络科技工作室（个体工商户）, an individually owned business in China, operates Shuifit and handles the account and service information described here. Our contact details appear below. GLOBAL uses the existing Shuifit infrastructure; it is not a separate overseas-hosted service.

Information we process and why

We process account details such as your email, nickname, password hash, country of residence and account market to register and authenticate you. If you choose Google sign-in, we process the identity information you authorize Google to share. Country of residence determines account market; language does not change your account market or balance.

We process clothing photos, authorized person photos, clothing details, outfit recommendations, generated results and usage records to provide the wardrobe and try-on features you request. Essential session cookies support sign-in. Request, device/browser and security records help prevent abuse and diagnose failures. Support messages are used to respond to your requests.

For purchases through Dodo Payments or Paddle, we receive billing identifiers, subscription status, transaction details and relevant account references to deliver the service. The payment provider handles payment credentials under its own privacy notice; do not send us full card details or payment secrets.

Country suggestion

We use your connection IP address with a local country database to suggest a country when you register. This is approximate, particularly with a VPN; confirm or change your country of residence before creating your account. This lookup does not send your IP address to a geolocation service. This product includes GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind, available from https://www.maxmind.com/.

Product usage measurement

We record GLOBAL page visits, registration and login, first successful product actions, credit exhaustion and verified purchases to understand whether the service works and improve it. These event records do not contain photos, image links, email addresses, phone numbers, names or payment secrets. Account-related events use a pseudonymous identifier; a signed, random first-party visitor cookie lasts up to 30 days so we can connect visits with registration and later product use. We store only a pseudonymous hash of the visitor identifier. When you sign out or switch accounts, the visitor identity changes to prevent linking different accounts. We currently store these events on our own service infrastructure.

Service providers and processing locations

Hosting, authentication, email delivery, image analysis and generation providers process information needed for the features you use. Payment providers process purchase information when paid checkout is available. Information may be processed outside your country, including in China. We do not promise storage or processing solely in your country.

Retention

Personal generated results are normally available for 30 days; download results you want to keep. Account and wardrobe records are retained to operate your account. Security, support and transaction records may be kept separately where needed to resolve disputes, prevent abuse or meet applicable recordkeeping duties. The 30-day result availability period does not mean that every related record or backup is deleted on that day.

Your choices and requests

Use your own person photo or obtain explicit permission from the person shown, and own or have rights to all uploaded images. For accepted try-on jobs, we retain your authorization statement version and server confirmation time with the generation record. This records your declaration, not independent proof of identity or permission. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or account closure, or to ask about processing locations and providers. We may verify account ownership before acting. Account closure requests are reviewed; submitting one does not promise immediate deletion of every record. You may also exercise rights and contact a supervisory authority where applicable under the law that protects you.
